Job summary

Fisher Phillips seeks an experienced EDTS attorney for a mostly remote role in our Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice. Counsel or Special Counsel will handle sophisticated trade secret matters, restrictive covenants, employee mobility, and emergency injunctive proceedings with support from partners and paralegals.

You will develop strategies, draft persuasive filings, manage discovery, depose witnesses, and participate in hearings, while coordinating with a national team in a remote

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing; preference for AZ/NV/CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case strategy.
• Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Handle discovery, including expedited discovery for injunctions.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions.
• Appear at hearings and other court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and manage day-to-day case matters.
• Collaborate with EDTS partners and attorneys across the firm.
