You will handle complex matters from inception through resolution, draft filings, manage discovery, and collaborate with firm partners.

This position offers flexible remote work, travel limited to local matters, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Litigate trade secret and restrictive covenant matters in federal/state court.
• Experience with TROs, preliminary injunctions, and expedited discovery.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Active bar membership; Arizona/Nevada/California preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategy and manage matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft complaints, pleadings, motions, and other substantive documents.
• Handle discovery and depositions; coordinate hearings and court appearances.
• Conduct legal research and collaborate with EDTS partners.
