Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in editorial, content, journalism, publishing, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality standards.
• Understanding of what makes content successful in a newsroom or digital publishing environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and work across diverse subject areas.

Responsibilities

• Editorial Operations: Track, prioritize, and follow up on editorial requests via ClickUp; monitor timelines and partner deliverables.
• Content Support: Conduct content reviews and basic audits to identify improvement opportunities.
• Editorial Enablement: Maintain resources, guidelines, and best practices; support partner education and documentation.
• Research & Insights: Monitor trends and contribute to reporting that demonstrates editorial impact.
