Job summary

Stacker is a remote-first SaaS company revolutionizing the newswire model. We seek a Sr. Customer Operations Specialist to own the systems, processes, and reporting that drive customer health, renewals, and forecasting.

You’ll partner across teams to ensure scalable, trustworthy data and workflows while building an operational backbone for long-term customer growth. You’ll administer HubSpot and related tools, improve automations, and develop governance that supports retention and expansion.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in Customer Success Operations or related roles.
• Hands-on HubSpot administration including workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Experience with customer health scoring and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of retention metrics (NRR, GRR, logo retention).
• Experience building dashboards and governance for visibility.
• Comfort using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Operations infrastructure and optimize systems and processes.
• Develop trusted reporting and dashboards for health, renewals, and forecasting.
• Maintain data quality and governance across platforms like HubSpot and PandaDoc.
• Implement customer health frameworks and scoring logic.
• Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and governance documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Revenue Ops, Finance, and Product.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
