Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking an eDiscovery Project Manager to drive strategic, technology-driven solutions for case teams and clients in Illinois. You will manage matter workflows, apply Relativity, DISCO, and Everchron, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include advising on legal tech use, leading multiple projects, controlling timelines and budgets, and maintaining proactive stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related work experience.
• Demonstrates expertise in legal practice technologies, including Generative AI, with exceptional project and matter management skills.

Aufgaben

• Advise legal teams and clients on the strategic use of legal technologies, including AI, to solve complex legal challenges and enhance matter outcomes.
• Serve as the primary NewLaw contact, managing matters from initiation through successful delivery.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, budgets, risks, and evolving scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners supporting forensics, analytics, review, trial readiness, and other litigation services.
• Define technical requirements, manage deliverables, ensure quality assurance, and validate production accuracy, including privilege, redactions, conflict coding, and family relationships.
