You will lead matter management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and apply Relativity, DISCO, and Everchron to deliver efficient results across complex litigation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with legal tech platforms and matter management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, risks, and scope.

Responsibilities

• Advise legal teams on strategic use of legal tech, including AI, to improve matter outcomes.
• Serve as primary NewLaw contact, managing matters from initiation to delivery.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, budgets, risks, and scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners for forensics, analytics, review, and trial readiness.
• Apply expertise in Relativity, DISCO, and Everchron to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.
• Oversee database design, data transformation, productions, and other matter management activities.
• Define technical requirements, manage deliverables, ensure QA, and validate production accuracy (privilege, redactions, conflict coding, family relationships).
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, costs, and scope changes to stakeholders.
• Stay current on emerging legal technologies and promote best practices across the firm.
• Support business development with client presentations and readiness to meet needs.
