Responsibilities

• Advise legal teams and clients on the strategic use of legal technologies, including AI, to solve complex legal challenges and enhance matter outcomes.
• Serve as the primary NewLaw contact, managing matters from initiation through successful delivery.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, timelines, budgets, risks, and evolving scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners supporting forensics, analytics, review, trial readiness, and other litigation services.
• Apply deep expertise in legal technology platforms, including Relativity, DISCO, and Everchron, to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions.
• Oversee database design, data transformation, document productions, and other critical matter management activities.
• Define technical requirements, manage deliverables, ensure quality assurance, and validate production accuracy, including privilege, redactions, conflict coding, and family relationships.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders on project status, milestones, risks, costs, and scope changes.
• Stay current on emerging legal technologies and champion best practices and continuous improvement across the firm.
• Support business development initiatives, including client presentations, and maintain availability to meet firm and client needs.
