This client-facing attorney will craft practical and defensible discovery strategies, and draft sophisticated work product including ESI agreements, protective orders, motions, memoranda, and defensibility materials, collaborating with clients, merits counsel, co-counsel, experts, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar admission required.
• Demonstrated experience managing eDiscovery in complex litigation/investigations.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills; ability to draft complex discovery documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead eDiscovery and information-governance workstreams in complex litigation/investigations.
• Draft and review discovery and governance materials (memos, notices, ESI agreements, motions).
• Prepare outlines and talking points for client meetings and hearings.
• Coordinate with merits/co-counsel and experts; support task management and testimony prep.
• Provide practical legal advice and monitor emerging law; train/policy development.
