Job summary

TruLegal (formerly TRU Staffing) is hiring an eDiscovery Advisor for a top Am Law firm, offering strategic and tactical support on document review workflows, TAR/CAL, and advanced analytics. This largely remote role requires an attorney licensed to practice law with hands-on experience leading eDiscovery projects.

You will oversee the discovery lifecycle, design optimized workflows, supervise review teams, and coordinate with clients and outside counsel.

Qualifications

• JD required; strong background in complex document review and large-scale discovery
• Extensive Relativity and eDiscovery platform experience
• Experience managing contract attorneys and review teams
• Familiarity with TAR and analytics tools e.g., BrainSpace and NexLP
• Able to work after-hours and travel as needed
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end discovery processes across large litigation matters
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and quality assurance for review teams
• Design and implement review workflows using batching, TAR, and defensible search
• Define scope, track progress, lead meetings, coordinate with stakeholders
• Analyze review findings; provide metrics and identify gaps
• Provide hands-on support in Relativity and other platforms
• Assist with privilege logs, advanced searches, QC, and tools
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through publications
• Support special projects and urgent client requests
