Job summary

Marpai Administrators LLC is seeking an EDI Operations Analyst for day-to-day monitoring, validation, and support of electronic data interchange production processes. You will ensure scheduled jobs and file transmissions are completed accurately and on time while proactively identifying and escalating issues that could impact operations.

The role serves as the operational bridge between internal teams, vendors, and technical staff to ensure data integrity, quality, and timely delivery of inbound

• Familiarity with production logs, exception reports, and operational dashboards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with EDI transaction processing and healthcare data workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily scheduled production jobs using automation and scheduling tools.
• Verify inbound and outbound file processing in EDI workflows.
• Review dashboards, logs, alerts and system notifications for processing exceptions.
• Perform routine operational health checks.
• Maintain production monitoring schedules and deadlines.
• Validate inbound and outbound EDI files for completeness.
• Confirm files transmitted to clients, vendors and partners.
• Investigate missing, delayed, or rejected files.
• Troubleshoot production failures and restart scheduled jobs.
• Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and stakeholders.
• Document production incidents, root causes and corrective actions.
• Escalate critical production issues per procedures.
• Assist in identifying recurring operational improvements.
• Maintain SOPs and production run books.
• Track production metrics and recurring issues.
• Support QA and testing after system changes and vendor updates.
• Assist in new EDI processes and enhancements.
