Marpai Administrators LLC is seeking an EDI Operations Analyst to manage day-to-day monitoring, validation, and support of EDI production processes. You will ensure timely file transmissions, troubleshoot issues, and act as a liaison among departments, vendors, and technical teams.

The role emphasizes production monitoring, quality assurance, and maintaining operational stability in a remote setup. Must have 2–4 years of related experience and a strong eye for detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily scheduled production jobs using automation and scheduling tools.
• Verify successful completion of inbound and outbound file processing.
• Review dashboards, logs, alerts for processing exceptions.
• Perform routine operational health checks.
• Maintain production monitoring schedules to meet deadlines.
• Validate inbound and outbound EDI files for completeness.
• Confirm file transmissions to clients, vendors, and partners.
• Investigate missing, delayed, duplicate, or rejected files.
• Troubleshoot production failures and restart scheduled jobs.
• Document production incidents, root causes and resolutions.
• Assist in QA and SOP development.
• Track production metrics and recurring issues.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
