Job summary

First Roles is seeking an Integration Business Analyst for EDI and MAWM-based integrations. This remote-USA role focuses on translating business needs into robust EDI solutions, mapping transactions, and coordinating data exchange with internal systems, trading partners, and 3PLs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on MAWM experience, strong knowledge of ANSI X12 standards (940/945/943/944/856/997), and proficient use of Dell Boomi or MuleSoft to design and maintain mappings and interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting EDI integrations and WMS

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and document EDI integration requirements for supply chain processes.
• Analyze, design, and maintain EDI transaction mappings for MAWM including 940, 945, 943, 944, 856 and 997.
• Develop functional specs covering data mapping rules, transformation logic, and interface requirements using integration tools.
• Collaborate with developers, EDI consultants, and partners to implement reliable system-to-system integrations.
• Plan and execute integration testing activities: unit tests, SIT, UAT, and end-to-end validation.
• Investigate EDI processing errors, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
