Job summary

MissionHires seeks a Business Systems Integration Developer to design, build, and support integrations that connect ERP, EDI, manufacturing, pharmacy, and third-party systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of integration development experience.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs, ETL processes, and SQL/Python.
• Working knowledge of EDI standards, ANSI X12.
• Experience with middleware or iPaaS platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data-flow and interoperability issues.
• Strong documentation, data integrity, security and reliability focus.
• Healthcare/pharma EDI experience (NCPDP) is a plus.
• ERP integration experience with Deltek, NetSuite, or SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain system integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.
• Develop and maintain EDI transaction sets and maps (ANSI X12 850, 810, 856).
• Automate data flows between ERP platforms and connected systems.
• Troubleshoot integration, EDI, and data-flow issues.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and data integrity controls.
• Use iPaaS and middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi for integrations.
• Support ERP customizations and related integration requirements.
• Document technical designs and operational processes.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
