Job summary

TrueCommerce is seeking an Implementation Specialist III to lead add-on EDI implementations for existing customers, connecting new trading partners from kickoff to go-live. You will coordinate with mapping, integrations, and connectivity teams while managing customer relationships in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• EDI experience and ability to read specifications and manage the full EDI lifecycle.
• Experience managing a high volume portfolio of concurrent projects.
• Strong cross-functional communication across customers, trading partners, and internal teams.
• Project management aptitude with ability to prioritize complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• ERP familiarity (NetSuite or other systems) a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end implementation projects for existing customers adding new trading partner connections.
• Primary point of contact between customers, trading partners, and internal teams.
• Coordinate across mapping, integrations, and connectivity for timely delivery.
• Manage a portfolio of up to 40 concurrent projects with clear status updates.
• Communicate with customers and partners to gather requirements and updates.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, aiming for an 18-day window.
• Document project activity and maintain accurate records.
