Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an EDI Technical Specialist on a 6 month contract (remote, EST hours, W2) to lead new project implementations and ongoing WMS integrations. You will handle detailed EDI mapping, troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination to deliver changes and improvements across customer sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of EDI experience in IT/logistics, strong WMS knowledge (Synapse/HighJump/Manhattan Scale), and solid project management and networking basics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional EDI experience in IT/logistics.
• Strong technical experience with WMS applications (Synapse/HighJump/Manhattan Scale).
• Deep EDI mapping and troubleshooting skills; basic networking knowledge.
• Strong project management with cross-functional communication and updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts around new project implementations and change enhancements.
• Develop and support Synapse WMS integrations at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot EDI issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as escalation point for the team and coordinate timelines.
