Qualifikationen

• Must have current, unrestricted Multistate RN license.
• 4+ years of clinical experience with acutely ill patients.
• 1+ year in Emergency Department settings.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with ED and outpatient teams to design individualized transition plans for members.
• Serve as clinical liaison with hospital, clinical, and administrative staff for transition of care and care coordination.
• Perform expedited, standard, concurrent, and retrospective reviews at in-network and out-of-network facilities.
