Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Partner Programs and sales processes.
• Strong understanding of Lead to Cash processes and familiarity with Salesforce.
• Proven ability to identify and address process gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for Ecosystems/Channels processes and provide enablement to key business areas.
• Identify gaps in current processes, develop new procedures, and streamline workflows within Lead to Cash Operations.
• Oversee the entire deal lifecycle from sourcing to post-sale finalization for partner deals.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, sales operations, and audit teams to ensure governance and compliance.
• Drive automation initiatives to refine processes and improve efficiency.
• Lead governance and reporting efforts to ensure transparency in sales activities.
