Qualifications

• 5+ years in building distributed systems using PHP/Go/Python/TS/Angular/Ruby.
• Experience with gRPC, RabbitMQ and caching.

• Drive the technical roadmap and stack direction.
• Mentor engineers and manage performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders across offices.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices for quality, performance and security.
• Lead incident response and on-call rotation.
