Job summary

Catch Creation, a global ecommerce brand with a fully remote team, is seeking an experienced bookkeeper/accountant to join our growing finance group. The role covers daily bookkeeping, multi-channel sales accounting, and high-volume transactions to keep our books accurate and compliant.

You will reconcile bank and processor accounts, manage inventory and COGS, prepare monthly reports, and assist with tax reporting, payroll, and year-end close, working directly with management and our CPA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Multi-channel sales accounting knowledge.
• Experience with high-volume transactions.
• Inventory and COGS tracking familiarity.
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment processor accounts.
• Track sales, refunds, chargebacks, fees, and taxes.
• Record and reconcile inventory-related transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Assist with sales tax/VAT reporting and compliance.
• Support payroll processing and expense tracking.
• Collaborate with management and CPA for month-end and year-end close.
