Job summary

Medable is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end deployment of the Medable Solution, from kick-off to go-live, including localization for clinical trials. You will coordinate with design teams, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and translate client requirements into scalable software solutions.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of eCOA, ePRO, EDC, and DCT.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in full lifecycle software implementation projects.
• Experience tailoring solutions to client requirements in clinical trials.
• Strong change management and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment lifecycle of the Medable Solution from kick-off to go-live and localization.
• Collaborate with solution design teams to capture trial-specific requirements.
• Manage scope, timelines, and budgets including timecards and approvals.
• Translate client requirements into functional software solutions and plans.
• Provide expert oversight for ongoing projects requiring enhancements.
