Job summary

Ergclinical is seeking a Project Manager to lead clinical program management across studies. You will manage budgets, timelines, and communications with sponsors, sites, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results. This role requires strategic oversight with limited supervision.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences and at least 5 years in clinical project management, with CRO experience and strong regulatory knowledge, including FDA submissions and study reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or healthcare required with 5+ years in clinical project management.
• CRO experience is desirable.
• Experience leading operational project teams through start-up, conduct, data management and report writing.
• Experience with protocols, clinical study reports and FDA submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Assume primary accountability for assigned clinical research projects and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
• Manage overall project scope, budget, and timelines; identify success factors for analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with CROs, investigators, sponsors, and sites; manage start-up activities and contracts.
• Lead development of study protocols, consent forms, and trial-related materials.
• Ensure study documents (plans, CRFs, site materials) are prepared and maintained.
• Review clinical data for analysis and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Act as liaison between clients and internal teams; communicate updates proactively.
• Plan and manage materials, documents, and supplies for projects; monitor budget adherence.
