Bechtel is seeking an ECMS / Records Systems Support Specialist to provide technical, operational, and process support for enterprise document and records management platforms. The role partners with Records Managers, project teams, IS&T, and vendors to keep systems compliant, secure, and integrated across the lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 10–13 years of relevant experience or 14–17 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with enterprise content management and AI-enabled capabilities preferred.
• Experience in regulated, project-driven environments beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise document management and archive systems.
• Support records management processes for storage, retrieval, archiving, retention, disposition, destruction, and certificate package management.
• Maintain and enhance saved searches, dashboards, reports, user-access reports, and metrics for governance and audit readiness.
• Assist with system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute electronic records and content migrations including mapping, validation, and cutover.
