Job summary

Element, a New Charter Company, is seeking a remote Application Engineer to own NetDocuments build-outs and data migrations. You’ll gather client requirements, translate them into configurations, and manage end-to-end ETL and migrations across multiple DMS platforms, working with stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.

The role requires hands-on data skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex migration projects with clients and project managers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SQL or Oracle scripting experience.
• Experience with document management systems (DMS).
• Experience translating business and technical requirements into designs and configurations.
• Troubleshooting data, application, integration, and workflow issues.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate into application designs, configurations, and migration plans.
• Own NetDocuments build-outs and data migrations, including ETL and document conversions across multiple DMS instances.
• Perform data manipulation with SQL/Oracle and PowerShell, including extraction and migrations.
