Job summary

Element Technologies, LLC is seeking a remote Application Engineer to build and migrate customer document management systems to NetDocuments, leveraging SQL-driven ETL.

You will gather requirements, own builds and migrations across multiple DMS instances, and work with clients and Project Managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Experience with DMS like NetDocuments, OpenText eDOCS, iManage or P&M and PowerShell scripting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SQL or Oracle scripting for data extraction, transformation and migration.
• Experience with document management systems (DMS) including design, build-out or migration.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and migration plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with NetDocuments and other enterprise DMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Migrate document management platforms to NetDocuments using ETL.
• Own creation, configuration and migration of customer document environments.
• Perform data manipulation using SQL/Oracle and PowerShell.
• Translate requirements into designs, configurations and migration plans.
• Collaborate with project managers to support execution and accurate estimates.
• Manage multiple client projects and priorities.
