At Element, a New Charter Company, we are seeking a remote Application Engineer. In other companies this person could hold the title of Document Management Engineer, NetDocuments Application Engineer, ECM Application Engineer. The role supports a remote schedule aligned to 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST. In this role, you will partner with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, own NetDocuments build‑outs, and execute document migrations and ETL of the data. You will serve as a key technical resource, translating business and DMS requirements into effective system configurations and migration plans. You will also identify and resolve data, integration, and workflow challenges to support successful implementations. To be successful in this role, you will own the end‑to‑end build and migration process, including ETL, document conversions or mergers, and work across multiple DMS instances. You will combine hands‑on scripting and data skills with client‑facing stakeholder management and requirements gathering. Success requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage complex technical work across project phases, and confidence working with clients to clarify needs and communicate solutions. You will balance technical execution with project ownership to keep implementations accurate and on schedule.
Compensation is expected to start at $80,000. Our offer will be determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amount listed above.
