Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience in early childhood education programs.
• Strong knowledge of state/federal ECE frameworks (e.g., Birth to Five, QRIS).
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead virtual prep meetings guiding grantees through monitoring processes and documentation.
• Conduct on-site observational assessments and review program data against state frameworks and administrative code.
• Prepare and finalize accurate, well-written reports summarizing compliance and quality review findings.
• Collaborate with team during report reviews and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
