Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Regional Business Manager for the East Region. This remote leadership role drives regional revenue, budgets, and profitability by partnering with customers and cross-functional teams, leading a sales force, and translating market dynamics into disciplined regional plans.

You will manage forecasts, align marketing initiatives, and deliver strong regional performance while fostering leadership, accountability, and account profitability across the East region.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in the agricultural industry.
• 2+ years of experience in a people management role.
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales professionals.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated strategic and financial acumen.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in both sales and marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities
