Komatsu Mining Corp. is seeking a Product Support East Manager—Attachments to drive customer success by resolving attachment product issues, managing relationships with factories and distributors, and leading the JoiFUL improvement process.

The role centers on technical support for installations, warranty processes, and training for distributors. The candidate should have an Associate degree or technical training in heavy equipment service, 5 years' industry experience, and strong communication

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or technical training related to repair and service of heavy equipment.
• 5 years' industry experience in the repair and service of heavy equipment.
• Demonstrated success in a project management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information to servicing agents, customers, and Komatsu stakeholders.
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce; high-level MS Office skills; ability to troubleshoot on heavy equipment (fault codes, machine downloads).
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems on Komatsu attachment products; advise servicing agents and customers on operation and maintenance best practices.
• Review and adjudicate warranty claims for Komatsu attachment products per service policies.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing attachment performance; communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate start-up, assembly, commissioning and delivery of attachments per contract terms.
• Mediate disputes and execute policy settlements outside warranty on Komatsu's behalf.
• Lead meetings to manage product acceptance and continuous improvement using JoiFUL process.
• Document quality issues and coordinate field investigations or attachment testing with factory engineering.
• Coordinate factory updates to machines with servicing agents and customers; ensure training plans for service staff.
