Responsibilities

• Participates in intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution of customer support tickets to ensure timely outcomes.
• Assesses issue criticality, business impact, and urgency to prioritize work.
• Performs root-cause analysis and resolves software-related issues across supported systems.
• Travels to customer sites to support projects or investigations.
• Supports Linux-based systems, mobile field computers, and applications, including log collection.
• Assists with network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Performs hardware installation, diagnostics, repair, and replacement.
• Monitors system health and reports risks.
• Supports deployments, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Participates in after-hours support rotation.
• Maintains customer relationships through professional communication.
