Job summary

Komatsu America Corp. is seeking a Senior Account Manager for Attachments to lead distributor and major account relationships across the USA, including NC, SC, VA, MD, and NJ. The role partners with product support and factory engineering to ensure seamless communication and delivery.

You will drive sales and field service growth in the US market, develop contingency plans for shortages, and coordinate with internal teams to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of parts and/or operations experience in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to establish relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication across multiple levels.
• Strategic thinker who converts opportunities into client value.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Be the key contact for assigned dealer and customer accounts on products, parts, availability, invoicing and contracts.
• Maintain trusted relationships between dealer, customer and factories.
• Ensure dealer and customer expectations for parts and equipment are met.
• Develop contingency plans for shortages.
• Lead operational processes related to role and budget performance.
• Support cross-functional teams to align sales, service, parts and support groups.
• Provide technical assistance to service reps and gather/ present information to dealers and customers.
• Negotiate and administer contracts with dealer partners.
• Coordinate with maintenance planners on parts planning and on-time delivery.
