Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Development Facilitator to design and deliver online educational content and remote support for families. You will craft curriculum modules, run live virtual classes, and provide personalized guidance on child development from a fully remote setting.

You will collaborate with a remote team, stay current with best practices, and ensure content meets safety standards while promoting literacy, numeracy, and socio-emotional skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar role.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably for online platforms.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in using various e-learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital content creation software.
• Strong understanding of child psychology, developmental milestones, and age-appropriate learning strategies.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Excellent written communication skills for developing content and reports.
• A passion for innovative approaches to early childhood education and digital learning.
• Must provide a clear criminal record check and excellent professional references.
• Must be eligible to work as a contractor remotely, potentially supporting clients in Queenstown, Eastern Cape and beyond.

Responsibilities
