Job summary

Placements24 seeks a visionary Remote Childcare Program Developer to conceptualize, design, and implement innovative childcare and early education programs. This fully remote role focuses on accessible, high-quality initiatives and may involve digital platforms.

You will research best practices, develop curricula, and create program frameworks for diverse settings. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of early childhood education and strong program management

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (ECE, Curriculum Development, Education Administration)
• Significant experience in program design and educational leadership within childcare
• Expertise in child development theories and best practices in early learning
• Ability to develop comprehensive educational programs from concept to implementation

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop comprehensive childcare and early education programs.
• Create detailed curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and educational materials aligned with developmental best practices.
• Establish program guidelines, policies, and operational standards.
• Develop assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure program effectiveness and child outcomes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders to refine program content.
• Explore and integrate innovative educational methodologies and technologies into program design.
• Prepare proposals and documentation for program implementation and funding.
• Stay informed about national and international trends in early childhood education.
