Aufgaben

• Convene and chair IFSP meetings in line with EI regulations and NYC policies.
• Manage documentation for evaluations, updates, annual reviews, and amendments.
• Ensure compliance with NYC Policy and NYS Regulations in all procedures.
• Utilize the EI Hub system for data entry, case processing and monitoring.
• Coordinate with families, providers, service coordinators and colleagues; respond to messages timely.
• Attend regulatory meetings and mediations/fair hearings as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in related field

Master's degree in Public Health/Health Admin
