NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene seeks a SR HEALTHCARE PROG PLAN ANALYST to lead program planning and outreach efforts within the NYC EI framework. The role emphasizes collaboration with childcare providers, health partners, and community organizations to advance developmental screening and EI services.

The position requires strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and experience with government procurements and PASSPOrt.

Formación

• Baccalaureate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Social Sciences, Health Care or related field.
• Minimum of four years of progressive experience related to Health Care Program Planning, Research, Design, Operation, Evaluation and Analysis.
• Master's Degree in Public Health, Public or Hospital Administration or related disciplines with at least three years of related experience.
• Demonstrated skills in written and oral communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee outreach unit and supervise three Outreach Associates.
• Develop relationships with childcare providers, health care providers, community organizations and others to identify outreach opportunities for developmental screening and EI services.
• Attend monthly meetings organized by community partnerships to foster a sustained community presence.
• Produce reports on outreach activities as requested by leadership.
• Coordinate Outreach Events including BEI volunteers for evening/weekend events and assist with data collection and reporting.
