Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC seeks a Project Manager to assist in planning and coordinating cross-functional teams across projects, ensuring objectives meet critical dates and stay within budget. The role emphasizes SDLC oversight and risk escalation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, IT, or related field and 2+ years of project planning/management experience, with CAPM or PMP in progress. Remote-based opportunities within the United States are available.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project planning/management, methodology, software, finance and accounting concepts.
CAPM or PMP certification or in progress.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in establishing objectives for small to medium sized projects to achieve business results by established, critical dates.
Escalate matters of significance, risks, and issues as appropriate.
Monitor and redefine project objectives to respond to changes while minimizing financial risks.
Coordinate cross functional teams to meet business needs.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring of the budget for small to medium projects.
Monitor progress through the SDLC and provide progress reports and maintain artifacts.
