CVS Health is seeking an EAP Clinical Counselor for Aetna Mental Wellbeing. The role delivers on-demand single-session consultations via phone, video, and chat, with strict confidentiality and real-time documentation.

Fully remote in the USA; shift Wednesday–Sunday 7:30pm–4:00am EST. Requires licensed behavioral health clinician and crisis intervention experience; 24x7x365 call center coverage. Comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation provided.

Qualifications

• Crisis intervention experience required.
• Valid unrestricted state behavioral health license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LISW, Clinical Psychologist).
• 24x7x365 call center coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-demand single-session consultations, clinical assessments, safety planning, triage, and informational services.
• Use advanced technology platforms to connect members with appropriate solutions via phone, video, or chat.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in real-time and ensure compliance with policies.
