Job summary

Lucet is seeking a USPS Clinical Consultant to provide comprehensive EAP services, including short-term counseling, training, referral, monitoring, and crisis response. The role supports in-person, telephonic, or video sessions and requires driving and clinical licensure.

This federally contracted position with the USPS is hybrid, with local travel and in-office time in Greensboro, North Carolina. A master’s or doctoral degree and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in clinical mental health from an accredited program.
• Current state license or state certification to practice as a mental health practitioner.
• Experience with bio-psychosocial assessments and risk evaluation.
• Experience with phone and video counseling and relevant privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct counseling and clinical support in-person, phone, and video.
• Handle high-acuity, crisis, and critical-incident situations with clinical judgment.
• Provide telephonic triage, referrals, and consultations for cases.
• Offer training and assistance to USPS and union leadership.
• Promote EAP services and participate in coverage during events.
