Job summary

Lucet is seeking a clinically experienced USPS EAP Clinical Consultant to deliver in‑person, telephonic, and video counseling, with responsibility for assessment, crisis response, referrals, and training. The role supports the USPS EAP program from Greensboro, NC, with hybrid work and required local travel to provider facilities or community locations.

The position requires a master’s and/or doctorate in a clinical mental health field, an active state license or qualifying national

Qualifications

• Master's and/or doctorate degree from an accredited college or university in a clinical mental health field.
• License or certification to practice as a mental health practitioner in the practicing state(s).
• Active driver's license and insurability for driving required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience after graduate degree.
• Ability to practice independently without state supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual counseling and coaching in person, phone, or video sessions.
• Handle high-acuity, crisis, and critical-incident situations with clinical judgment.
• Provide telephonic triage, consultation, and referrals for routine to complex cases.
• Promote EAP services and provide psychological first aid during workforce events.
