This role involves providing technical expertise and training to customers while working alongside the Development and Professional Services teams. Responsibilities include conducting business assessments, configuring software, writing SQL scripts, and creating documentation. A Bachelor's degree and the ability to travel are required. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to travel up to 30%-40% of the work week.
• Highly organized and able to multitask across multiple projects.
• Experience in large manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile development practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train end users and super users on software functionality.
• Perform onsite business process assessments.
• Propose business process and system configuration changes.
• Create custom documentation from site visits.
• Configure systems to achieve customer’s goals.
• Recommend and create customer KPIs.
• Write SQL scripts for customer outcomes.
• Assist in customer environment upgrades.
• Provide insight on implementation best practices.
