Job summary

Polikov Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Commercial Lines Underwriter for a 100% remote role that rewards autonomy and strong relationships with local agents. You will underwrite a diverse, profitable book with about 85% casualty focus, centered on Construction/Contractors and Manufacturing/Product Liability, with property and professional liability risks also in play.

You'll travel to meet agents a few days per week, while underwriting from home and benefiting from a supportive, back‑office

Qualifications

• Experience as a Commercial Lines Underwriter with autonomy.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents/brokers.
• Proven track record in underwriting a diverse casualty-focused book.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite a diverse, profitable book with ~85% casualty focus, incl. Construction/Contractors and Manufacturing/Product Liability.
• Travel to meet local agents a few days a week while underwriting from home with support from a remote home office.
• Collaborate with claims, loss control and premium audit teams to ensure smooth operations.
