Job summary

Polikov Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Commercial Lines Underwriter for a 100% remote role that rewards autonomy and strong relationships with local agents. You will underwrite a diverse, profitable book with about 85% casualty focus, centered on Construction/Contractors and Manufacturing/Product Liability, with property and professional liability risks also in play.

You'll travel to meet agents a few days per week, while underwriting from home and benefiting from a supportive, back‑office

• Experience as a Commercial Lines Underwriter with autonomy.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents/brokers.
• Proven track record in underwriting a diverse casualty-focused book.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll underwrite a diverse, profitable book that’s roughly 85% casualty-focused, with a large portion centered around Construction/Contractors and Manufacturing/Product Liability. There is also property and professional liability risks as well.

You’ll be out in the field a couple days a week connecting with local agents/brokers and building direct relationships as well as having the pen to underwrite from your home all while having strong support from a home office that has your back every step of the way.
