ABC Legal Services is seeking an e-File Specialist to review and file legal documents using internal systems and email from a remote location in Virginia. The role supports the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams and seeks candidates who can learn quickly and maintain accuracy.

No prior experience is required, though data entry and tech skills are a plus; a high school diploma or GED is required and individuals must read, write and speak English well.

Qualifications

• No experience required; data entry experience preferred
• Tech experience preferred
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of 50–60 wpm

Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
