Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking an e-File Specialist to review and file legal documents using internal systems and email. This remote role requires Alabama residency and supports training to expand knowledge of the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing processes.

Ideal candidates have typing speed of 50-60 wpm, data entry experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. English reading/writing is essential; HS diploma or GED required, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus.
• Tech experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Desire and ability to be a team player.
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of at 50 to 60 wpm.
