ABC Legal Services is seeking an e-File Specialist located in Arkansas. The role involves reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email, collaborating with the e-Fulfillment team to meet goals, and resolving discrepancies as they arise.

The position is full-time and remote within Arkansas, with typical hours Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm PST. No experience is required, but data entry and tech familiarity are a plus, and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; data entry experience a plus.
• Tech experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Desire and ability to be a team player.
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of 50–60 wpm.
