ABC Legal Services is seeking an e-File Specialist to join our e-fulfillment and e-filing team. This remote position requires Wisconsin residency and involves reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email.

No prior experience is required; data entry skills and tech comfort are preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus.
• Tech experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Desire and ability to be a team player.
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of at 50 to 60 wpm.
