Job summary

ABC Legal Services in Kentucky is seeking an e-File Specialist to file legal documents using internal systems and collaborate with the e-Fulfillment team. This remote position requires basic data entry skills, English fluency, and a keen eye for detail.

No prior experience required, though data entry experience helps. Maturity, accuracy, and teamwork are essential as you support our national e-filing operations.

Qualifications

No experience required; data entry experience a plus.
Strong reading, writing and speaking English.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Desire and ability to be a team player.

Responsibilities

Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email.
Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process.
Investigate discrepancies as they arise.
Complete additional projects as assigned.
