ABC Legal Services is seeking an e-File Specialist to review and file legal documents using our internal systems and email. This remote role requires residence in Montana and offers full-time hours, with a consistent schedule.

No prior experience is required; data entry experience is a plus, and we value tech savvy and English proficiency. A high school diploma or GED and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• No experience required; data entry experience a plus.
• Tech experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Desire and ability to be a team player.
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
