Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking an e-File Specialist. This remote role requires you to be located in North Carolina and work full-time from 8am to 5pm PST. No experience is required, though data entry experience is a plus.

You will review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, with training provided to expand knowledge of the industry and processes. Health, dental, and vision insurance are offered along with holidays and various benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required; data entry experience a plus.
• Typing speed of 50–60 wpm.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.
