Job summary

ABC Legal Services, a national leader in service of process, is hiring an e-File Specialist. You will review and file legal documents via internal systems and email, collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to ensure timely, accurate results.

This remote position requires residency in Oklahoma, strong English communication, and meticulous data-entry skills to support nationwide operations. Training and ongoing project work are part of the role.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus.
• Tech experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Desire and ability to be a team player.
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of at 50 to 60 wpm.

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
