About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee their online sales channels, supporting their business presence in Queenstown . This leadership role is vital for optimizing the entire e-commerce lifecycle, from website functionality and order fulfillment to customer service and inventory management. You will leverage your expertise to drive efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and maximize profitability for the online division, working entirely remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the e-commerce operations, including website performance, order processing, and logistics.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management for the e-commerce channel, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
